Zinong Yang

Zinong (she/hers) is a 5th year Ph.D. student at Boston University studying computation neuroscience. Her research focuses on exploring the impact of sleep deprivation-induced low arousal states on ventricular cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics among healthy human participants. Previously, she graduated with a BS in Cognitive Science and Philosophy from University of California, San Diego in 2017. At NE GWiSE, she hopes to build a welcoming community to support and empower women and gender minorities in STEM. Outside the lab, she loves hanging out with her two cats, hiking and reading.
